U bent bij ons niet verplicht om te eten. Kom gerust binnen voor alleen een koffie, thee, bier, wijn, cocktail of een ander drankje. Wilt u wel iets eten? Dan kunt u kiezen uit onze dinerkaart met voorgerechten, hoofdgerechten, desserts, kindermenu’s en bijgerechten.

Hotel Carillon is een sfeervol stadshotel in een monumentaal gebouw aan de Grote Markt 27, midden in het historische hart van Haarlem. De Grote Markt is een van de mooiste en levendigste pleinen van Nederland, omringd door kerken, monumentale panden, winkels, cafés, restaurants en gezellige terrassen.
Ons hotel is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor gasten die Haarlem te voet willen ontdekken. Vanuit het hotel loopt u zo het oude centrum in, langs winkels, musea, historische gebouwen en de gezellige horeca waar Haarlem bekend om staat.
